- NEW INFORMATIONFollowing is a list of those Regulations which currently comprise the Code of Montgomery County Regulations (COMCOR). COMCOR is published by the Office of the County Attorney. For information on purchasing COMCOR, contact Sharon Gemperle at 240-777-6753. Codified Regulations, as they appear in COMCOR, may also be obtained from the Office of the County Attorney. Copies of the Regulations and information pertaining to them may be obtained by contacting the department, office, commission that administers the Regulation or the Office of the County Executive.COMCOR is organized according to the Chapter and Section, if applicable, that the Regulation implements. The COMCOR number is generated by Chapter, Section, and a number representing whether the Regulation is the first, second, etc., under that Chapter and Section. For example, “COMCOR 30.11.01” is the first regulation listed implementing Chapter 30, Section 30-11 of the County Code.Previously, COMCOR numbers were generated by the Division Number followed by the MCER (Montgomery County Executive Regulation) Number. Two charts appear at the end of Appendix G, one listing the Regulations by the previous COMCOR number, noting the new COMCOR number (Page G-14), and the second listing the Regulations by Regulation Number, noting the new COMCOR number (Page G-29).Montgomery County Code ChapterCHAPTER 1.
