§ 5.3. Inspections

Article 2B, Section 6-201(q)
(a) All licensed facilities will be inspected at least twice annually.
(b) All newly issued or transferred Class B-BWL licenses (on-sale)will be subject to monthly inspections and/or auditsduring the first year of operation after issuance of the license.
