  • Article 2B, Section 14-201
    (a) Alcoholic Beverage Purchases. Licensees must keep accurate records of all purchases of alcoholic beverages for a period of two (2) years from the date of each purchase. These records must include the date of each purchase, the quantity purchased, and the name and address of the seller. These records must be maintained on the licensed premises and must be available for inspection and produced upon request at all times by all duly authorized representatives of the Board.     (b) Current and Past Employees. Licensees must keep on their licensed premises recordscontaining the legal names, addresses, and dates of birthof all persons currently employed by the licensee on the licensee's establishment, and of all persons so employed in the preceding twelve (12) month period. Records for current employees must be available at all times for inspection by a duly authorized representative of the Board. All records on former employees must be made available, upon request, within a reasonable period of time.
