§ 11B-2. Purpose of Chapter.

The purpose of this Chapter is, in part, to implement Sections 313 and 314 of the Charter, which provide for a centralized system of procurement of goods, services and construction under the professional supervision of the Chief Administrative Officer subject to the direction of the County Executive.
