§ 13-8. Diminution of sentence.

An inmate sentenced or held in a pre-trial or pre-sentence status is entitled to a diminution of the period of confinement as specified by Section 3-101 of the Correrctional Services Article of the Maryland Code. (1976 L.M.C., ch. 24, § 1; , § 1.)
