§ 17-26. Display; duplicates.

  • (a) All holders of licenses issued under this chapter shall display the license in a prominent place at their business location and upon demand shall give the number of the license to any inspector of the department.
    (b) All holders of master electrician, master electrician limited and journeyman electrician licenses shall have identification cards issued by the department in their possession at all times while performing electrical work within the county and shall display same, upon request, to authorized department personnel.
    (c) If a license is lost, defaced or destroyed, a licensee in good standing may obtain a duplicate upon filing an application to the director and payment of the cost of replacement. (1974 L.M.C., ch. 15, § 1; 1982 L.M.C., ch. 55, § 1.)
