§ 17-32. Notice upon completion; inspection of installations generally.

It shall be unlawful for the holder of a permit issued hereunder to fail to notify the department within five (5) days of the completion of an installation regulated by this chapter. The department shall cause the installation to be inspected within forty-eight (48) hours of such notice, exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, or as soon thereafter as practicable.
