§ 23-7. Penalty for violation of sections 23-1 through 23-6.

Latest version.

Any violation of any provisions of sections 23-1 through 23-6 shall be punished as a class A violation as set forth in section 1-19 of chapter 1 of the County Code. Each day a violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense. (Mont. Co. Code 1965, § 10-7; 1924, ch. 483, § 243G; 1983 L.M.C., ch. 22, § 25.)
