§ 24-3. Communicable diseases - Unauthorized removal of warning signs.

Any person, other than the county health officer or his authorized representative, who removes or defaces any placard or warning sign as provided in section 24-4 shall be subject to punishment for a class B violation as set forth in section 1-19 of chapter 1 of the County Code.
