In this article the following words have the meanings indicated;
Board means the Advisory Board for the Montgomery Cares Program.
Department means the Department of Health and Human Services.
Program means the Department’s health care delivery system that provides primary medical care and other essential health care and related services, through public/private partnerships, to low-income and uninsured residents of the County. (, § 1; , § 1.)
