§ 24A-11. Violations and penalties.

Any person who violates a provision of this chapter, or fails to comply with any of the requirements thereof, or disobeys or disregards a decision of the commission, or fails to abide by the conditions of a permit, shall be subject to punishment for a class A violation as set forth in section 1-19 of chapter 1 of the County Code.
