§ 25-11. Required.

Latest version.

No building or premises shall be occupied or used as an institution within the county after September 1, 1950, until an annual license shall have been granted for such occupancy and use by the director, nor shall any such building or premises be so occupied and used after the license has expired or has been revoked or suspended.
