§ 25-39. Housekeeping facilities; maintenance of premises generally.

Housekeeping facilities and services are required to be such that comfortable and sanitary living conditions for patients and employees are maintained constantly. Accumulated waste material shall be removed from the confines of the building daily. The premises shall be kept free from rodent and insect infestation. (Mont. Co.
