§ 25-42. Sewage disposal.

Sewage shall be discharged in a municipal sewerage system where such system is available. Otherwise, the sewage shall be collected, treated and disposed of in an independent sewerage system which complies with the standards approved by the state board of health. (Mont. Co. Code 1965, § 89-40.)
