§ 25-55. Buildings to be accessible to fire department apparatus.

No license shall be granted for the operation of any institution unless the building or structure in which such institution is housed is accessible to fire department apparatus at any time of the year in all kinds of weather. (Mont. Co. Code 1965, § 89-53.)
