§ 25-57. Automatic sprinkler system required in certain institutions.

After May 1, 1964, no license shall be granted to any institution located in a class C non-fire-resistive structure of more than one (1) story with a capacity of fifteen (15) beds or more unless such structure is equipped with an automatic sprinkler system approved by the fire marshal.
