§ 27-82. Enforcement.

(a) A covered employee who did not receive earned sick and safe leave in violation of this Article may file a complaint with the Director under Section 27-7.
(b) The County Executive may delegate the authority to enforce this Article to a State agency that is legally authorized to enforce the County earned sick and safe leave requirements. (, § 1.)
