§ 2B-6. Termination of State easements.

- (a) The Foundation and the County must approve the termination of any agricultural easement bought in full or in part with State funds. Any termination must comply with Subtitle 5 of Title 2 of the Agriculture Article.(b) The Foundation must hold a State agricultural easement in perpetuity if the State Board of Public Works approved the purchase of the easement on or after October 1, 2004.
