§ 30-12. Alcoholic beverages - Consumption on public property.

The County Executive may, under Method 3, adopt regulations governing the consumption of alcoholic beverages on “public property” as that phrase is defined in Title 19, Subtitle 2 of Article 2B of the Maryland Code.
