§ 31-38. Same-One vehicle per space, except motorcycles.

It shall be unlawful for any vehicle to be parked, in whole or in part, in any parking space provided by this article, when another vehicle is occupying said space; except that more than one (1) motorcycle may occupy the same such space as otherwise provided in this article.
