§ 31-45. Defacing, injuring or tampering with meters.

It shall be unlawful for any person to deface, injure, tamper with, open or willfully break, destroy or impair the usefulness of any parking meter installed as provided in this article. (1978 L.M.C., ch. 7, § 2.)
