§ 32-11. Same-Penalty for violation of sections 32-9, 32-10.

Any person violating any of the provisions of sections 32-9 and 32-10 shall be punished as a class C violation as set forth in section 1-19 of chapter 1 of the County Code. Each day of storage or each sale violative of such sections shall be deemed to be a separate offense and punishable as such. (Mont. Co.
