§ 32-4. Same-Penalty for violation of section 32-3.

The violation of any of the provisions of section 32-3 is hereby declared a misdemeanor to be punishable upon conviction by a fine of not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) or imprisonment in jail for not less than five (5) days nor more than thirty (30) days or by both fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
