§ 32-9. Flammable liquids-Storing, parking tank vehicles, etc., on streets.

It shall be unlawful for any person to store or accumulate for the purpose of sale or otherwise any gasoline, kerosene or other flammable fluid of known dangerous character on any tank wagon or other vehicle containing barrels, drums, cans or other receptacles for the storage of such fluids, and to park or maintain the same on any street, roadway, parking or land thereto adjoining within the Montgomery County Suburban District for the purpose of sale and distribution of the gasoline, kerosene or other flammable fluid.
