§ 32-29. Penalty.

Any person who makes a false claim under this Article:
(a) has committed a Class A violation; and
(b) must reimburse the Crime Victim Compensation Fund for any payments from the Fund that were based on the false claim. (1998 L.M.C., ch. 25, § 1.)
