§ 33A-11. Certification and filing.

Latest version.

An attested copy of every adopted plan or amendment to an adopted plan must be certified by the Commission and filed with the Clerks of the Circuit Court for Montgomery and Prince George's Counties. (Ord. No. 7-38, § 1; 1987 L.M.C., ch. 7, § 2; Ord. No. 12-47, § 1.)
