§ 34-13. Administration of chapter; right of entry.

(a) This Chapter is administered by the Director of Permitting Services.
(b) The Director and his authorized agents shall have the right of entry, at all reasonable hours, upon any private premises or building within the County in pursuit of their official duties under this Chapter and any restraint or hindrance offered to such entry by any owner or tenant of the owner or tenant, shall be punishable under Section 1-6.
