§ 34-3A. Same-Floodplain regulations.

Every new or replacement community and multiuse water supply system or sanitary sewerage system must be designed and floodproofed:
(a) To eliminate or minimize infiltration of flood waters into the system and discharges from the system into flood waters; and
(b) To avoid impairment during flooding and to minimize flood damage. (1989 L.M.C., ch. 39, § 5.)
