§ 34-7. Same-Violations.

Plumbers and gas fitters will be held responsible for the violation of such parts of the regulations adopted by section 34-2 as concern them, whether by themselves or their employees or agents. Under no circumstances whatever shall verbal permission given at any time by anyone be considered as a justification for any deviation from or a violation of such regulations. (Mont. Co.
