§ 35-13. Police mutual aid agreements authorized.

The county executive, subject to approval of the county council, is hereby authorized to sign and enter into a police mutual aid agreement with counties, municipal corporations and the District of Columbia, subject to the approval of the county attorney as to form and legality, with provision for future action by the elected county executive. (Res. No. 6-2307; 1979 L.M.C., ch. 6, § 1.)
