§ 40-3. Penalty for violation of sections 40-1, 40-2.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of sections 40-1 and 40-2 shall be subject to punishment for a class A violation as set forth in section 1-19 of chapter 1 of the County Code. (1968 L.M.C., Ex. Sess., ch. 1, § 1; 1983 L.M.C., ch. 22, § 47.)
