§ 41-24. Same-Services and facilities; advisor.

(a) The chief administrative officer is authorized to make available to the county recreation board such services and facilities of the county government as may be necessary to carry out the functions of the board.
(b) The director of the county department of recreation shall serve as advisor to the county recreation board. (1974 L.M.C., ch. 45, § 2; 1982 L.M.C., ch. 51, § 1.)
