§ 41A-15. Report; annual review of benefit levels.

The County Executive during the budget process must report to the County Council on the Rental Assistance Program and the Handicapped Rental Assistance Program. In the operating budget submitted annually to the Council, the Executive must review Rental Assistance Program and Handicapped Rental Assistance Program benefit levels and must propose any adjustment necessary to achieve the goals of each program.
