Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to punishment for a class A violation as set forth in section 1-19 of chapter 1 of the County Code. Any such swimming pool installed, operated or maintained in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a nuisance; and the approving authority may, in addition to the penalties hereinbefore set forth, maintain any proper action for the abatement of such nuisance.
