§ 51-2. Authority to regulate fish ponds and swimming pools.

The council is hereby authorized by resolution or ordinance to provide for the construction, location, maintenance and regulation of fish ponds and swimming pools; and such resolution or ordinance may require permits for the construction, location or maintenance of fish ponds and swimming pools and may require such safeguards as the council may deem necessary for the protection of the public. Any person violating any lawful resolution or ordinance adopted or passed under the authority of this section shall be subject to punishment for a class C violation as set forth in section 1-19 of chapter 1 of the County Code.
