§ 66-8. Same-Members not to be individually or personally liable for official acts.

Members of the "Friendship Heights Village Council," for the purpose of making contracts or otherwise incurring labilities in the performance of the duties provided by this chapter, shall be considered in law as a corporation, and may not be held individually or personally liable in connection therewith.
