§ 27.02.01.02. Complaints

  • 2.1 All complaints filed with the Office of Human Rights must be sworn to or affirmed under the penalties of perjury before a notary public.
    2.2 A party may amend his or her complaint or answer as a matter of right at any time before the Director certifies the complaint to the Commission, and at the discretion of a Case Review Board or hearing examiner thereafter. The Director, Case Review Board or hearing examiner must immediately send notice of any amendment to all parties to the proceeding.
