§ 12-2. Same-Custodian.

The senior resident judge of the circuit court of the county shall have full charge of and responsibility for the property of the circuit court law library of the county, and shall report in January of each year to the other county judges of the sixth judicial circuit of the state, the condition of the books and other property of such circuit court law library.
