§ 32-1. Abandoned, etc., personal property-Removal and disposition.

Whenever any readily movable property of any kind, such as, but not limited to, furniture, appliances, personal effects, etc., shall be abandoned or left in violation of any law, ordinance or order on public or private premises, it may be removed by the county executive or whomever he may designate. Such property shall be dealt with as in the case of abandoned, unattended, junked or wrecked vehicles, as provided in sections 31-63 to 31-65 of this Code. (Mont. Co.
