§ 33A-12. Previously adopted plans to remain effective.

Any plan or amendment to a plan adopted before this Chapter remains effective until superseded or amended under this chapter. (Ord. No. 7-38, § 1; 1987 L.M.C., ch. 7, § 2; Ord. No. 12-47, § 1.)
