§ 49-13. Penalty for violation of Sections 49-10 and 49-11.

Any violation of Sections 49-10 and 49-11 or any permit granted under those Sections is a Class A violation. (Mont. Co. Code 1965, § 24-27; 1983 L.M.C., ch. 22, § 54; , § 1.)
