§ 68-5. Expenditure of suburban district funds for street construction, etc.

The council is hereby authorized to expend any part of the suburban district tax funds or any other revenue accruing to the suburban district in the county for the grading, construction, maintenance or drainage of roads, streets or highways in the suburban district.
